The NPSS Group of family owned and managed companies was founded
in November 1998. Based in Warrington but covering the whole North
West it initially started as a freelance quantity surveying practice
taking care of small sub contract companies day to day administration
matters including tender/quotations, measurement/valuations, bill
collection and letter writing etc. These services are provided to
all trades and sectors within the construction industry. Neil Pearson
Surveying Services still retains many of it original clients and
is working with local sub contractors to ensure they achieve the
optimum financial results for their business.
In January 2000, whilst undertaking surveying duties with a client,
an opportunity arose to establish N.P.S.S Construction Ltd. Now an
established contracting company it has built over 140 new houses,
renovated existing dwellings and undertaken numerous house extensions.
In the commercial arena we have worked with local schools carrying
out both new works and essential repair and maintenance projects.
In 2002 the company constructed a children's day nursery at a value
of £350k, but our most technically challenging project has
been the conversion of an old pub in Widnes into a new wine bar,
dance school and 11 luxury apartments.
No schemes whatever their size would be dismissed.
The final company in the group it Brookwood Homes Ltd. This is the
development division of the business and will undertake both commercial
and residential developments. Brookwood is always keen to look at
any land opportunities with development potential.
