The newest company formed within the group. We are just approaching the end of the second scheme, funded by Brookwood. The first a small scheme on Church Lane, Lowton, comprising of three Four bed Detached, one three bed Detached and a two bed dormer Bungalow, amended designed and built for a client with specific medical requirements. The other Brookwood scheme is on Ashton Road, Newton le willows. The sale of the final plot is now complete, and the completion of the six bed detached house will be mid to late November 07.
We are currently in negotiation with two clients, who are interested in partnering with Brookwood Homes, on a six apartment scheme in St. Helens and an eleven unit scheme in Heywood, Manchester.
