In January 2000 we were asked by Beeleywood properties from Bath to take over the building works on their development in Bacup Lancashire. The scheme comprised of 98 units of detached and semi detached properties with associated Roadwork’s and retaining walls. The scheme took four and a half years to complete. Following on from there we constructed a £350k extension to a children’s nursery in Gaskell Street, Bolton for NR Property services and several small sites of 4, 5 and 6 units in various locations, i.e. Bury, St. Helens, Lowton, Golborne, High Lane Stockport and Newton le Willows. Our other projects include the restoration of a dilapidated cottage into two semi-detached cottages and a 6 bed detached house for our sister company, Brookwood Homes Ltd and the full refurbishment of ‘The Corner House Pub’ in Widnes, into a new Wine Bar and Dance School on the ground Floor and eight 2 bed apartments on the 1st and 2nd Floor, and a separate new build of 3 apartments within the courtyard, For Nanson Brothers of Widnes.
